I don't know what you mean by that exactly, but the "Andrew factor" is much more than what we usually do with the lost. Andrew must have been animated, excited, and almost over-the-top, because they went immediately. We don't know what Philip said to the man traveling on the highway when he preached Christ, but that same "urgency" must have been there judging from the man's question and immediate baptism.
