Jesus is our closest, dearest friend, and we can pour out our hearts to Him and trust that we'll be safe with Him. With people, it takes courage to open up - not only to let others know our need, but to somehow 'convince' them that they can trust us to do our best to help them overcome their struggles. It's a matter of remembering that there is only One who can heal us; but we can help each other by carrying each other's loads and by remembering that everyone else is like us: fighting some kind of a battle, or even celebrating some type of victory.
