Holy is God. Not keeping some rules. In making us His sons, God has made us partakers of His holy nature. If we live by that divine nature instead of our human one, we will be Holy. It is not keeping rules, it is walking by a life nature - God's not our own that gets us there. By the way, it is characterized by unspeakable joy. Hallelujah!

This pale, lifeless philosophy of Christianity we see today is the #1 reason we have lost 2 generations of young people. "Jesus loves me," has been replaced with "Jesus bores me." And yet, if you read the 4 Gospels, I have been unable to find even one day in Jesus' life that appeared slightly boring, not one conversatio, not one sermon, nothing of the sort. We say we want to be "like Jesus," but we have no fire, no passion for the lost, no challenging spirit, no "edge."

Can't you just see Jesus living His life "texting" all day long, just waiting for the weekend.
