Jesus is the shepherd you can always trust.  We are his sheep.  And even in your local church, follow the people who lay down their life for you … even when the wolves are in the midst of your life.

It was not that God did not literally know where Adam was.  After all, he is God.  But he was asking Adam to confess what had happened to make him try to hide from God.  God wants us to be in relationship with Him.  Don’t hide from him.

The genealogy of Jesus.  Name after name after name.  It establishes the bloodline of Jesus, and it tells you that God knows people.  Individuals.  Which means He also knows you.

Who has that kind of power?  Jesus.  But you need to reach out and connect to him.  And be healed.  He still has the power to make us well.

And the Lord’s servant must not quarrel; instead, he must be kind to everyone, able to teach, not resentful. (II Timothy 2:24)

We never argue with people about what God wants.  Teach them from Scripture.  Be kind.  Do not resent those who do not get it.  Teach with kindness.
